Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is a bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company. With over 1,200 employees, Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is a complex and well-developed organization that manufactures, sells, and distributes The Coca-Cola Company products across the country. Our world-class manufacturing plant in Halal Park, Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan serves as our Halal production hub for Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

  • Manufacturing – mastering end-to-end production processes and efficiency
  • Supply Chain Excellence – driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Supply Planning – optimizing resources to ensure product availability
  • Logistics – coordinating distribution and delivering customer satisfaction
  • Quality, Safety & Environmental Management – upholding world-class standards for people, product, and planet

    Who are we looking for?

  • People-first, future-focused, and growth-oriented.
  • University graduate (any discipline) with less than 2 years of total work experience and a minimum CGPA of 3.20, 2nd Class Upper, 60%, or its equivalent.
  • Passionate about developing a career in the FMCG industry.
  • Driven with a growth mindset and a spirit for innovation.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Resilient, resourceful, with strong analytical skills and a passion for winning.
  • Willing to be based at our Halal Manufacturing Plant in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
  • Available for intake in Jan / Feb 2026.
