We are looking for a Supply Coordinator who will functionally report to the Supply Manager in Kuala Lumpur.

The position

We are looking for a Supply Coordinator who will be functionally reporting to the Supply Manager in Kuala Lumpur.

About the location / department

The position will be located in Kuala Lumpur, which is the heart of the city and accessible by public transportation.

Who You Are

  • Diploma graduate in Supply Chain related studies or relevant work experience.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Well versed in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, encouraging and respecting the contribution of others and sharing information and ideas.
  • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and prioritization.
  • Computer literate

Additional Expectations Of The Role

  • Able to commit and work on first half Saturday (morning session) and weekday split shift (night shift : 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.) on a rotation basis.
  • Able to follow Singapore Public Holidays.
  • What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement department.
  • Continuously follow up on quotes and orders with sub-status “Awaiting approval”.
  • Process orders including non-available items : order non-available items.
  • Scan Delivery Notes when applicable.
  • Create invoice for closed orders.
  • Maintain required control reports and documentation.
  • Assist other departments as needed on stock orders and purchase orders.
  • Any other responsibility as directed by the Manager within reasonable limits.
