Partnership Marketing Associate

Position located in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customized thematic and launch campaigns for local key accounts, aligning with their goals and needs.
  • Bridge the gap between internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign development and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage projects effectively to keep all teams aligned and deliver planned activities on‑time and in‑full.
  • Track data and suggest optimizations to achieve campaign goals.
  • Produce reports that provide strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management.
  • Provide excellent input for case studies and post‑campaign presentations to support the sales team in client pitches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communication, campaign, or partnership roles.
  • Proven success in e‑commerce or retail environments, especially in fashion, beauty, travel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian market and ability to influence strategic decisions.
  • Structured and analytical thinking to measure performance and recommend action based on data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
