We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Business Development Champion at the company to support our forward-looking growth strategy. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural industry. Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads. Physical site visits, e.g., to oil palm estates to meet the estate managers, contractors to showcase our agritools. Work closely with the Technosales Team to arrange appointments for products demonstration. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our products / services. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Provide product information, support, and assistance to customers as needed. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities. Daily reporting and maintaining accurate records of customer leads and sales activities via the Workspace system. Creating awareness (brand and product) using social media tools, managing daily posts, and responding to online enquiries. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Proven success in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry Has own car and willing to travel outstation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Able to speak Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (Chinese dialects are an advantage). Cultural awareness and experience in international markets is a plus. Attributes

Base Salary + incentives and commission Work related expenses are covered (phone allowance, petrol, toll, accommodation, etc) Positions : Kampung Subang, Johor Bahru and Kuantan. For the positions in Johor Bahru and Kuantan, it will be home based.
