We're Hiring : Salesforce Lead!

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, implementation, and best practices to drive our CRM initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode : Work From Office

Role : Salesforce Lead

What You'll Do :

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes.
Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
Analyze data trends and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Manage system upgrades, integrations, and user support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce platform.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution.

Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
