THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Medical Device industry with a strong presence globally. They are currently looking for a Plant Operations Director to join their team as part of their expansion plans within the region.
THE ROLE
The Plant Operations Director is responsible for :
- Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance output.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a high-performance culture through strong leadership, talent development, and workforce engagement.
