Job Responsibilities
a. Manage the full set of accounts, including bank reconciliation, journal entries, and financial schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
b. In charge of intercompany transactions and billing, ensure all payments on behalf have been captured correctly and re-charge to respective entities.
c. Prepare consolidation financial statements, supporting year-end audits, and ensuring timely completion of audited financial reports.
d. Oversee financial systems, ensuring efficiency and identifying process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
a. Prepare monthly tax computation, including deferred tax, ensuring compliance with corporate tax regulations and timely filings.
b. Prepare and submit statutory reports to regulatory bodies (e.g., Bank Negara, BURSA LHDN) within deadlines.
c. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
a. Monitor daily cash flow and prepare daily cash reports.
b. Maintain and update banking details, process transactions, and execute over-the-counter banking when necessary.
c. Prepare payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals from signatories.
Prepare the company budget and submit for consolidation within deadlines.
a. Manage and verify share capital updates for Bursa announcements
b. Handle any additional tasks assigned by superiors, ensuring proactive management of deadlines and responsibilities.
MUST REQUIREMENT
a. Candidate must possess relevant accounting certification, Bachelor Degree, Accountancy or equivalent.
b. At least 4 years of working experience in dealing in corporate accounting matters including taxation, management accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, banking and etc.
ADVANTAGES
c. Preferable / Added advantage for SAP accounting knowledge.
