Smart Print Supplies is seeking an experienced General Worker to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This is a full-time position offering a stable and rewarding career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Able to communicate fluent Mandarin & English due to customer preferred language
• To perform a basic variety of administrative duties.
• To perform any other ad hoc task assigned by superior
• Ability to sort out documents given to you daily in order.
• Internal and external correspondence
• To overseeing the day-to-day activities on our Shopee / Lazada store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service
• To feedback to office whenever necessary / required.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials, goods, and equipment
• Ensuring a safe and organized work environment
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
