Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role located in Penang for an Assistant Outlet Manager at The Prestige Hotel. The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of designated outlets, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, staff supervision, inventory control, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also requires fostering a positive team environment to deliver excellent customer service experiences and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in People Management, including team leadership and staff supervision
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and related operational tasks
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail
• Proven organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
