Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind smart, scalable systems. From intelligent Large Language Model (LLM) powered chatbots to end-to-end business automation, your solutions will transform how we and our clients work. You’ll blend technical skill with problem-solving creativity to design and build AI-driven automation workflows across various platforms.

Responsibilities

AI-Powered Automation Development : Build and deploy AI agents, intelligent chatbots, and automation workflows for various use cases using LLMs (e.g., Sales, Recruitment, Claims).
Process Design & Optimization : Analyze and map manual or repetitive processes to identify AI automation opportunities.
Client & Internal Projects : Develop and deliver automation solutions across both internal operations and client-facing environments in the IT services and retail space.
Exploration & R&D : Contribute to innovation through independent research, prototyping, and implementation of emerging automation and AI frameworks such as Langchain and CrewAI.
Collaboration & Communication : Work within project teams or independently, gathering requirements and communicating solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems).

Foundational knowledge or work experience in Generative AI (LLMs), ML or Deep learning model development & production inference pipelines.

Foundational knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive, Clustering & other advanced analytics.

Familiar with APIs and integrations (e.g., Google Cloud API, Slack API, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

Excellent communication and requirements-gathering skills.

(Bonus) Experience in Reinforcement Learning, model tuning & optimisation

(Bonus) Familiar with data mining, storage & retrieval strategies (e.g., automated large-scale web scraping, vector embedding & RAG systems)

(Bonus) Familiarity with both structured & unstructured big data (e.g., NoSQL, SQL, Apache Spark)
