Service Engineer ( Bangi, Selangor )

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to carry out preventive or corrective maintenance of scientific equipment, install and commission equipment, and perform troubleshooting and repair. The successful candidate will provide support and maintenance for scientific instruments in Malaysia and Singapore, delivering quality service, timely follow-up, and building close relationships with customers. Recommend spare parts to customers during maintenance and repair work. Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in scientific equipment and troubleshooting. Ability to coordinate and work independently with minimum guidance. Must be physically fit, responsible, enthusiastic, and enjoy meeting new challenges. Must be able to work independently and under pressure conditions. Required to work overtime, on-call, and on weekends or public holidays as needed. Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to organize and prioritize work effectively. Preferably specializing in electronic board troubleshooting, with high vacuum knowledge. Experience with SEM / EDX products will be an advantage.
