We are seeking an experienced and strategic
HR Manager
to lead our Human Resources function. You will play a key role in driving HR strategy, overseeing HR operations, and aligning people management with business goals. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs. Manage HR budgeting, labor standards, and workforce planning. Drive employee engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and retention programs. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning. Provide leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor negotiations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, compensation practices, and company regulations. Lead performance management, salary review programs, and employee development initiatives. Partner with department heads to improve productivity, service standards, and customer experience. Represent the company in HR-related audits, disputes, or external negotiations. Drive HR digitalization, data reporting, and continuous improvement in HR processes. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
