  • Handle quotes and price negotiations
  • Be responsible for design-win, business-win, and revenue for relevant customers
  • Prioritize day-to-day activities & prep customer interactions based on data & analytics
  • Update sales management systems for core activities (e.g. : CRM)
  • Take over ownership of accounts and managing stakeholder communications

Job Description

In your new role you will :

  • Proactively deploy Infineon's digital sales strategy and apply digital methods to build trusting relationships with our customers remotely
  • Manage opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing with remote FAEs), and should have the ability to switch to in-person when required (e.g., FAE support) to support cross-selling

  • Your Profile

    You are best equipped for this task if you have :

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of success in digital sales and account management
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Remote selling experience and analytical skills
  • Digital educating and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve)
  • Product and application knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
  • Multi-lingual would be an advantage with Korean & German, both oral and written
