Role Description
The NPD Assistant supports the New Product Development team in coordinating, documenting, and executing activities related to the design, development, validation, and launch of new plastic injection moulded products. This role ensures smooth communication between customers, tool room, production, and quality teams while maintaining project timelines and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Education : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience : 1–3 years in plastic injection molding, tool room, or product development (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered).
