Shop Assistant / Cashier (Semenyih)

Overview

The Shop Assistant will assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory and providing customer service. The Cashier will assist in receiving payments, issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and card transactions. The role requires physical fitness, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will :

Shop Assistant

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new stocks delivered
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
• Sharp, precise and careful in handling the job
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given
• Responsible for retail selling
