Technical Skills

Proficient in design software :

• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign (Optional : Adobe XD, Figma, After Effects, Canva)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience in both digital (e.g., web, social media) and print (e.g., brochures, packaging) design.

Basic knowledge of printing processes and file preparation.

Experience

1-3 years of working experience in a design or creative role (junior level).

Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creativity.

Soft Skills

Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Design Visual Content

Create visual assets such as logos, brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, website elements, packaging, etc.

Interpret client or internal briefs to develop creative concepts and execute accordingly.

Brand Identity Development

Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

Help develop and refine brand guidelines.

Collaborate with Teams

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to support campaign goals.

Communicate effectively with copywriters, developers, and printers.

Create Digital & Print Materials

Prepare designs for both digital (e.g., social media, email, web) and print (e.g., flyers, business cards, signage) media.

Prepare Production Files

Ensure all designs are print-ready or optimized for web use, including proper resolution, color format, bleed, etc.

Stay Updated on Trends

Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).

Time and Task Management

Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, sometimes under tight timeframes.

Photo Editing & Retouching

Enhance or manipulate images as needed for design materials.
