As a
Senior Executive, Finance
, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless financial management across all Qra outlets. You will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts, managing financial reporting, and overseeing key financial processes to support business operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving financial excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold Qra's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer-centric service.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters.Assist in overall preparation of management and financial reports in compliance with management requirements including P&L and Balance Sheets schedule.Responsible for daily non-trade account payable and ensure all invoices, claims and payments are processed on time.Timely review revenue collection and transactions related to accounts receivable.Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, accruals, supplier and bank.Assist in cash flow management.Assist in preparing relevant audit schedule and tax computations.To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of working experience as Senior Executive, Finance.Must-Haves :
