Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure both internal (supply chain) and external (supplier) teams receive the customer BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Develop and monitor the project master tracking system, conducting review meetings with project and program teams.
- Oversee subordinates in new part development and golden sample pack preparation for customer approval.
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP data maintenance and vendor quotation approvals.
- Publish tool capacity and machine capacity reports as scheduled.
- Provide solutions, guidance, and support to subordinates on sourcing matters.
- Source and manage new project bids, including costing activities for customer quotations.
- Ensure all new components are correctly classified under tariff types for Customs LMW declarations.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 35 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement in a manufacturing or EMS environment.Familiar with vendor management, cost analysis, and quotation evaluation.Knowledge of Customs / LMW / import & export documentation is an added advantage.Strong in negotiation, analytical thinking, and communication skills.Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.Salary Range : RM 4,000 - 5,800
