  • Organize, supervise, and train subordinates to ensure the smooth daily operation to meet the company's production schedules and targets.
  • Control and assure the quality of all products rolling out from the production floor.
  • Be responsible for special work related to safety production, on-site management, labor protection, and environmental protection.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished products and adjust processes as necessary to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to optimize operations.
  • Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.

    • JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing environment.
    • Good leadership and people management skills, with ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members.
