As we continue to expand our strategic initiatives, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead and execute high-impact events and programmes locally and regionally.
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Programme Manager with strong event management expertise to plan, manage, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and strategic programmes. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders while ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
This role requires a candidate with 5–7 years of professional event management experience , preferably in corporate, government, digital economy, or indoor event settings. The Programme Manager must also be willing to travel for regional and international assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and strategic programmes.
- Develop programme concepts, event flow, run-downs, logistics plans, and communication frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee venue selection, vendor sourcing, budgeting, timeline management, and on-site operations.
- Manage event, reporting, post-event analysis, and programme documentation.
- Ensure every event reflects DWG’s standards of professionalism, innovation, and quality.
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and outstation assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or related fields.5–7 years of experiences in event planning, indoor event execution, programme management or corporate event operations.Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.Good communication skills, with good spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are required.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Willingness to travel.Professional, mature, and able to handle high-level stakeholders.Benefits
