Overview
The Engineer is responsible for patch management, audit management, and obsolescence management within the MECM environment, with responsibilities spanning Windows server / workstation patching, server and PC / Laptop coverage, and the management of MECM infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Patch management : coordination, planning and tracking
- Perform patching and updates on Windows Operating System via MECM or manual methods for server or workstation
- Audit Management : planning, remediation and tracking
- Obsolescence management : tracking
- Manage MECM infrastructure, 380+ servers nationwide
- Manage and schedule patch and application deployment
- Perform daily health checks on MECM Primary and DP servers
- Coverage : Servers and PC / Laptop

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science and Information TechnologyGood communication and interpersonal skillsFresh graduates encouraged to applyMust Have
Knowledge in Windows Server Operating System (OS cleanup, Windows Updates and Patches)Basic knowledge in Unix Operating System (Linux / Solaris / AIX) is an advantageBasic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (GPO settings, DNS)Knowledge in Server Virtualization Concepts (Virtual Machines)Knowledge of Windows patching tools (WSUS or MECM)Seniority level
