Strong understanding of software, networking, or system integration environments. Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, or equivalent). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with FAT / SAT processes and IT project lifecycles will be an added advantage. Job Requirements

Create, update, and maintain technical project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, FAT / SAT reports, and knowledge base articles. Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project deliverables. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to gather information and translate IT into clear, user-friendly documents. Develop templates and standards for technical documentation to ensure consistency across projects. Maintain version control and ensure timely updates to documents throughout the project lifecycle.
