Educational Background :
Bachelors degree (minimum), preferably a masters in Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.Professional Experience :
2 to 4 years of experience in the industry.Strong exposure to Microsoft Power Platforms, APIs, microservices, and hands-on experience in designing and developing automation systems and API-based integration workloads (REST or SOAP).Familiarity with at least one RDBMS (SQL, Oracle) and knowledge of IT infrastructure.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, including non-technical users.A proactive attitude towards change and innovationTasks and Responsibilities :
On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) Delivery : Ensure all development scopes are implemented on time and in full.Technical Feasibility : Develop and assess the technical feasibility of development scopes to prevent blockers during the development stage.Solution Design : Translate business solutions into logical, purpose-fit technical designs, focusing on Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to address business challenges.Architecture Development : Collaborate with Business Analysts to create a viable automation / integration architecture based on business specifications. This will guide the selected software vendor / partner in development.Support Operations : Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution deployment across environments. Provide post-go-live support, monitoring, and measure solution effectiveness.Risk and Issue Management : Work within structured project plans, communicate project risks and issues to the Project Lead, and contribute to the change control process.Additional Duties : Perform other responsibilities as required by management.Ready to take your career to new heights?
