Observability Engineer , you will : Service Reliability, Availability, and Performance

Champion Observability in adherence to technology strategy. Conduct a gap assessment and assist in developing a strategic uplift roadmap. Proactive configuration / improvement of monitoring and log analysis tools such as Dynatrace, Log Analytics, and App Insights to ensure system reliability and performance. Use observability tools to proactively monitor, identify, and raise potential issues with the right stakeholder for RCA and resolution. Identify opportunities for automating operational tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency. Production readiness

Proactive assessment and identification for CI / CD improvement opportunities Proactive assessment and identification of release artefact handover process improvement opportunities Incident Management and Response

Participates in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews and drives continuous improvement efforts based on findings. Your role as a leader

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 3–5 years

of hands-on experience in

Incident Management

and

Systems & Network Operations (Help Desk) Solid expertise in

Log Analytics, Dynatrace, and Application Insights Strong grasp of both

Cloud

and

On-Premises Data Center Infrastructure Additional

Dynatrace knowledge

is a definite plus Exceptional
