Penang International Dental College (PIDC) is looking for a Marketing & Promotion Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance PIDC’s visibility, strengthen student recruitment efforts, and expand our brand presence locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns to support student recruitment and enrolment.
Support new recruitment strategies and maintain existing local and international channels.
Represent PIDC at education fairs, school visits, and promotional events (including interstate travel).
Liaise with agents, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen recruitment opportunities.
Conduct market research, track trends, and provide input for new marketing approaches.
Contribute to brand visibility through events, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Assist in coordinating student engagement activities.
Ensure accurate reporting and database management of students, leads, and agents.
Work closely with academic and administrative teams to align marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

At least 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).

Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.

Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Willing to travel when required.

Proficiency in English (other languages are an advantage).
