Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Klang. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and oversee the sales team. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
