Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and execute social media strategies and content plans aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives. Plan and manage media budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI across paid and organic channels. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using consumer insights to optimize content and campaigns. Coordinate and manage social media activations for events, launches, and brand campaigns (live coverage, influencer engagement, social contests, etc.). Work cross-functionally with creative, PR, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth. Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and authentically.
