Join the dynamic sales team at EverLantern Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Sales Manager. In this full‑time position based in Ipoh, Perak, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategies and contributing to its continued growth. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and mentor a team of sales professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and support to help them succeed
Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales performance
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and client presentations
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare comprehensive reports
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or sales management role, preferably in the consumer goods industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach

Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting, with the ability to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
