The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective formulation and execution of production and procurement plans, managing all warehouse operations, and overseeing material inflow and outflow data accuracy. The role establishes clear labeling and systematic accounting for material storage, and provides timely and accurate inventory reports to the Finance, Production, and Marketing departments to support smooth operational performance.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the rationality of standard packaging for incoming purchased goods; propose improvement requirements, report nonconformities, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Handle exceptions related to purchased goods, facilitating communication and corrective actions with upstream and downstream departments.
- Execute and coordinate cross-departmental activities requiring warehouse input or support.
- Supervise the timely and accurate distribution and recording of materials according to production requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on workshop abnormalities, ensuring no unauthorized material requisition across companies.
- Oversee preparation of spare parts and materials based on the master plan, ensuring readiness for production and shipment.
- Resolve material preparation issues promptly to maintain shipment efficiency.
- Optimize and improve warehouse processes, standards, and management systems to enhance coordination and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain clear workflow procedures, documentation standards, and ledger accuracy.
- Develop warehouse zoning and layout plans to achieve rational and efficient use of space.
- Conduct monthly stock counts, prepare profit and loss reports, investigate discrepancies, assign responsibilities, and report findings to management.
