Roles and Responsibilities

  • To handle all inbound calls relates to Water Filter complaints.
  • To handle reply via Live Chat.
  • To perform outbound calls in order to do satisfaction check with customer.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support.
  • Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Able to communicate with customers in English and Bahasa.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
  • Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
