Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Gelugor for an Assistant Architect (LAM Part I / eqv). The Assistant Architect will assist in designing and delivering high‑quality architectural projects. Daily tasks include drafting architectural plans, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards. The role also involves client meetings, project documentation, and assisting in project management and feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Software Development and Integration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and on‑site
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Familiarity with green building, sustainability, and heritage conservation
