Hey! We are seeking an ERP Specialist for our client to manage, maintain, and optimize their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role involves supporting users, troubleshooting issues, configuring modules, and ensuring the ERP platform aligns with business processes and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system and related modules.
- Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements and implement ERP solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end users.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional or technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors or developers for system updates, integrations, and enhancements.
- Generate reports and ensure data accuracy across modules.
