Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Based in Ipoh / KL. Research & explore new markets and business opportunities like hypermarket, supermarket, hardware shop etc. Negotiate & close deals, handle customer complaints and / or feedback. Establish & maintain good relationship with customers. Maintain good merchandising standards and ensure compliance to company operating procedures. Monitor debts ensuring effective collection within agreed time frame. Report to superior on sales status, performances & competitor(s) activities. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales report. Keep abreast on market trend & competitor(s), provide accurate & updated market information. To achieve the objectives and / or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Take on ad hoc duties and special projects assigned by the management. Travelling outstation needed. Self-motivated, self-directed, persuasive, goal-oriented. Qualifications

Preferred Mandarin or Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia and English speaking candidates. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin / Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin / Cantonese-speaking clients.
