What you will be doing :

  • Grow and manage accounts : Strategically develop, nurture, and grow client relationships. You’ll be their go‑to problem solver, strategist, and partner, ensuring we’re always exceeding their expectations.
  • Foster trust and relationships : Build and strengthen connections with decision‑makers and stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
  • Lead projects like a pro : Work seamlessly with fellow strategists to drive projects from concept to execution, ensuring every client touchpoint is smooth, professional, and—above all—awesome.

Your abilities :

  • Business Savvy : Stay ahead of industry trends, understand client landscapes, and uncover new opportunities to drive growth.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking : You’re not a designer, but you know great design when you see it. You’re not a copywriter, but you can craft a killer email or pitch. As a strategist you need to know how to execute a tactical plan and see it come to life.
  • Clear Communication : Exceptional command of written and spoken English is a must. Bonus points for fluency in a second (or third!) language.
  • Educational Background : A diploma in Business Development, Communications, PR, Event Management, or a related field is great—yet we’re open to candidates looking to pivot careers and meet our requirements.
  • Experience : Ideally you’ve been in a creative or agency role for 4–6 years and are ready to bring your skills to the next level.
