FSO- Technology Consulting - Senior Manager / Manager - DevOps Specialist (Core Banking)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to drive integration of next-generation core system with downstream applications and systems across different business segments (e.g. Retail, SME, and Commercial).

This role is responsible for designing, planning, and executing the integration of legacy systems, third-party platforms, and modern cloud-native applications as part of a core system modernisation initiative. You will lead the integration architecture, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage interfaces across internal and external systems, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable integrations. This role is essential to ensuring end-to-end system interoperability and smooth business operations across a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, architecture, and approach aligned with project objectives and program timelines
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, core banking vendors, third-party providers, and internal teams for all integration matters
• Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle between core banking platforms and supporting applications (e.g. payments, CRM, digital channels, and third-party services)
• Coordinate with technical leads, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure consistent and reliable integration across all workstreams
• Guide planning for system integration testing (SIT / UAT), interface validation, and operational readiness
• Identify integration risks and dependencies early, and facilitate timely mitigation in collaboration with stakeholders
