Core Scope

• Operate heavy machinery (i.e. excavators, bobcats, etc) to perform site preparation, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading tasks.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate attachments and techniques.
• Conduct daily inspection and routine maintenance of machines to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers regarding site work and task priorities.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment in compliance with all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team or supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of machine hours and work completed.
• Assist with manual labor tasks as required when machines are not in use.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management as needed.
