Penerangan pekerjaanProcess monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payment and track attendance and manage statutory contributions and tax compliance. Work with finance to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies. Manage visa, permit, and immigration processes. Support relocation, housing, cultural integration and assist with expatriate compensation and allowances. Oversee daily office operations and provide admin support to departments such as travel bookings, meeting schedules, and general logistics. Update and maintain admin policies and procedures. Ensure HR and admin functions comply with ISO standards. Maintain HR-related ISO documentation and support audits. Implement quality procedures and ensure readiness for compliance checks. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. years working experience in HR, admin, and payroll functions. Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance. Familiar with WinCom Payroll, attendance systems, and global mobility tools. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Discreet with confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes including prepare contracts, employee records, and orientation materials.
- Support expatriates and foreign workers with work permits and visa matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and ccoordinate staff benefits, performance reviews, and training programs.
