Responsibilities

• Managing online stores and platforms
• Processing orders, managing orders and ensure timely delivery of orders (order fulfillment)
• Maintaining accurate product information, create product listing, descriptions, and online promotional materials
• Pick and pack of online orders
• Product representation, showcase products, demonstrations of features of products and highlights their benefits during live sessions
• Interact with audiences, answer their queries and create lively atmosphere
• Drive sales through live promotions, discounts and time limited offers, with prior research and planning
• Develop ideas and strategies for live streaming
• Ensure smooth live sessions by managing audio, videos and platform settings
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
