Responsibilities
- IL report & monitoring to Senior management - helping business to manage impairment and to act as liaison personnel with AQM on Auction, Developer Analysis, Profiling.
- IL (by housing projects) – meeting with developers and REA to investigate on root cause for IL, mystery shopping, recommend preventive measures and controls.
- Cancellation of loans / acc results from FRAUD / COMPRESSED by housing projects (NEW)
- Auction which has been spearhead by Andric & Chew to assist AQM on recovery activity i.e.,
introduce new way to auction activity (Phase 1 is appointment of Auction REA)
