The role sits in the CIB Data Insights & Analytics team, responsible to equip the CIB COO organisation with data-driven insights, support informed decision making, transformative outcomes and risk management. We are committed to empowering teams with smart, personalised, and contextual AI-driven insights, seamlessly integrated into the flow of work.

This role is responsible to automate the regulatory reports submission for third party Information & communication technology risk management under Digital Operations Resilience Act (DORA).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand, document, and obtain relevant sign-offs on the requirements for DORA template automation purposes, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including data architects, engineers, and business heads, to understand existing data infrastructures and requirements for integration.
• Gather and manage data from various sources required for DORA reporting, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the automation process.
• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for DORA template generation using appropriate tools and technologies, using automation platforms to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Develop automation workflows and output in the required format, as well as create visualizations in Tableau to present the data effectively.
• Complete testing, documentation, and launch communication, ensuring that an automated refresh mechanism has been set up for ongoing accuracy and reliability.
• Perform data validation and optimize dashboard performance to ensure high-quality, efficient reporting and visualization.
• Monitor the performance of the automated solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency, performing regular maintenance and updates to keep the automation processes aligned with changing regulations and business needs.
• Ensure all automated processes comply with regulatory standards, data privacy, and security policies, implementing safeguards to protect sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
• Document the automation processes, including workflows, data sources, and technical specifications, and provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to use and maintain the automated DORA templates.
