To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales, advertising and promotional activities for designated product lines, agencies or Principals.
To identify appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support
To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits
To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
To constantly survey the market and analyze competitors' activities and new entrants
To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customers relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain the Company's image
Qualification / Experience Requirement
At least 3 - 5 years of management working experiences in FMCG industry
Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills -
Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc
