We are searching for a Compensation Benefits Manager to oversee the development and execution of compensation strategies for a high‑growth organization within the Tech & Digital sector. The role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate in the design of competitive total rewards packages across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, while partnering with business leaders and HR teams to drive the attraction and retention of top digital talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Total Rewards Strategy : Drive the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation strategies (base pay, bonuses, long‑term incentives) tailored to the needs of digital professionals in Southeast Asia.
- Market Benchmarking & Analysis : Lead market benchmarking efforts and perform data‑driven analysis to identify competitive gaps and opportunities; ensure that total rewards programs remain aligned with market trends.
- Regional Strategy Leadership : Manage and execute total rewards programs across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, with a keen understanding of both local and global compensation practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop attractive offers, retention strategies, and compensation structures for critical digital roles.
- Job Evaluation & Structuring : Oversee the job evaluation, grading, and compensation structure process, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity to support business growth and the development of digital roles.
- Data‑Driven Insights & Reporting : Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to senior management, demonstrating the impact of compensation strategies on talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the Tech or Digital industries.Strong ability to interpret and present complex data, translating it into strategic recommendations.Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders, with a focus on driving results and strategic initiatives.Ability to think strategically and innovate within the total rewards space, balancing business goals with employee needs.Seniority level
