Role Overview :
The HVAC Operations & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including chilled and heating water systems. The role requires ensuring optimal performance of building air handling units, pumps, and piping systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and reliability.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HVAC operations or related building systems.
- Strong understanding of air handling units, pumps, chilled water, heating water, and piping systems.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and troubleshoot complex tasks using sound judgment.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management Systems (FMS), including controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist Operation Specialists with daily operational tasks at PG and KM sites.Collaborate closely with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners to provide effective solutions.Troubleshoot operational challenges in HVAC, chilled water, heating water, air handling units, pumps, and piping systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.Skills & Competencies :
