Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Lead - Technical Service Engineer located in Pengerang. The Lead - Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and technical services for our clients. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and solving technical problems, offering comprehensive technical support, and ensuring excellent communication with clients and team members to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Pengerang
• Proven track record of maintaining high service quality standards
