Penerangan pekerjaanDrive sales growth by identifying and developing new accounts through strategic brand awareness initiatives. Act as a solutions provider by addressing customer needs, offering consultations, recommendations, and technical support. Manage customer and prospect relationships by building and maintaining detailed contact records, ensuring effective account management. Minimum education requirement - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 3 years of sales experience in bearings and related products, including those used in machinery or engineering applications, is required. Candidates with a strong background in selling both bearings and other complementary industrial products will be preferred. Conversational in Mandarin as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking customers. Own vehicle as a mode of transportation. Passion in Sales and Problem Solving; Positive mindset and an Agile attitude; Outgoing personality, Pro‑active and Self‑motivated.
