first-level troubleshooting
for network, hardware, and software / application issues. Handle
hardware installation, configuration, and testing . Demonstrate a strong understanding of
computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products . Assist with
basic network configuration

Microsoft Office applications
(Teams, Outlook, Word, Office 365, etc.). Maintain and troubleshoot
computer peripherals
such as laser printers, barcode printers, and scanners. Carry out

Minimum
1 year of working experience
in IT support or computer hardware maintenance.
Independent, proactive, and hardworking
with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is an added advantage.
