Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have HR experience, this role offers hands-on exposure and strong development opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and benefits coordination
- Help plan and organize training and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
