Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in a wellness, spa, or integrative health setting is a plus). Full-time position, with flexible shifts that may include weekends or holidays. Standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and assisting in patient positioning. Handling medical equipment, administering treatments, and performing clinical procedures. Must be physically fit to handle emergencies and patient care duties.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (MDTMs) to provide smooth delivery of client care and services.
- Coordinate the care of the patient through the medical director and provide direct client care.
- Monitor, reassess, and evaluate the client’s condition in implementing the care plan for the patient.
- Communicate and build rapport with the clients.
- Ensure that par stock of supplies for products and consumables is maintained.
- Adhere to the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations to maintain complete records.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the procedures and protocols.
- Prepare rooms and decontaminate equipment and instruments.
- Prepare clients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist the chief medical director / medical director during consultations.
- Observe and record the client’s behaviour.
- Carry out the requisite procedures.
- Experience in IV therapy, injections, and minor medical procedures is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.
