This position is a leadership role, to support in delivering and ensuring the integrity of the financial records and accounts of GSC – month end close, local audited accounts, financial accounting policies formulation and financial controls, tax planning & compliance and assist in treasury.
Oversees GSC company’s financial result, responsible for the budget planning, financial reporting & management reporting, cashflow management, tax, statutory compliance & reporting requirement for GSC.
Responsible for the calculation and analysis of cost drivers for billing to related companies, in compliance with IRB / OECD legislature and guidelines.
Responsible to review and report P&L.
Project experience in managing stakeholder expectations, timeline and deliverables.
Direct and supervise team in delivery of controllership, assurance & business partnering function to GSC.
Perform the budget preparation by working with all department heads to seek their requirements and justification for the annual budget.
Manage financial reporting and accounting operations of the GSC, timely monthly financial statements.
Work closely with Global Finance Operations (GFO) team for MEC and responsible for management reporting to HK Finance.
Responsible for GSC’s cashflow analysis and reporting to ensure GSC is funded, oversee the management of cash flow and receivable collection.
Responsible for compliance to TP policies for recharging of services rendered to local country.
Responsible for compiling & tracking of service cost for recharging based on pre-determined allocation key.
Oversee to ensure all local reporting and tax compliance are compliant with statutory law and financial regulations. Responsible for GSC annual audit review and submission to HK Finance.
Lead for GSC projects related to Finance and accounting.
Point of contact of GSC for HK Fin Controller, Treasury, FP&A and other when required.
Liaise with relevant authorities, HK Finance, and financial institutions, etc.
Responsible for compliance of HK Finance policies and procedure and drive for improvement in current processes and systems.

About you :
Qualified Accountant with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.
Required language(s) : English, and Cantonese is preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in managing the finance of SSCs.
Strong technical accounting competencies accounting, FP&A, controllership, tax and transfer pricing skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experienced in Shared Service environment is preferred.
Possess good analytical, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
