Product Manager / Owner (Trading)

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to deliver an unparalleled trading experience for global CFD and spread betting traders, focusing on performance, scalability, and robust trading execution systems. In this high-impact role, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll optimize our product development lifecycle through close collaboration with product and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of our trading platform roadmap, enhancing the experience for global CFD and spread betting traders.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture to understand the technology stack, influence architectural decisions, and ensure scalability.
• Manage the technical product backlog, prioritising tasks, guiding estimation, identifying dependencies, and addressing technical debt.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative culture within development teams and engagement with the wider business community and strategy
• Oversee release management with your QA, SRE and engineering team to ensure smooth and predictable deployments
• Act as the primary point of contact for development squads and communicate effectively with all stakeholders on roadmap delivery and technical concepts.
